100 Book Challenge: Flat-Out Love by Jessica Park

Yes, I most definitely have not been posting each book I’ve read lately. I am now on book 90, in case you were curious. Just ten more books until I’m done with both my tumblr and my goodreads challenges.

The official review:
You know, I wasn’t sure if I should give this a 3 or a 4 star review. Given the fact that I could barely get past it in the beginning, but I trudged along anyway (due to the reviews) and was pleasantly surprised.

The family is definitely very odd, and I love that Julie is a fixer and is just as quirky as the rest of them. She fits perfectly with the family. Entirely and wholly.

There’s that big secret that’s around them and unfortunately, I had spoiled myself before I had got to it so that was a bummer. Me and my spoilers. I get too impatient when I read, sometimes.

The first half of the book really bored me, and I believe I didn’t start smiling until about 75% into the book - where it definitely got better. Definitely pleasantly surprised - shockingly. Hence the 4 star review instead of a 3 stars for a simple “I liked it.” It’s a “I really like it” story.
